We are so grateful to be collaborating with Libra Yoga on the 4th of July at 6:30-8:30pm in our Studio for An evening of slower paced yoga and breath-work in the aim of connecting with the self to align, balance and heal. We will begin with meditation and smudging, exploring Yoga Nidra and Pranayama while stretching the body and spirt before pouring your inspirations into some beautiful Pressed Flower art work guided by Nell.
Rachel is a wonderful Yoga teacher with a beautiful energy and you will be sure to leave feeling inspired & balanced. On arrival we will have some light snacks and smoothies, Rachel will then guide you through a slow paced yoga and breath-work evening.
